We believe that this is the start of the transformation of San Antonio and the rebuilding of its reputation as the place to go in Ibiza.  When this many businesses invest in a town you know the future must be bright.

All of these venues we have either visited personally or are personally recommended to us by selected readers of the blog and regular visitors to San Antonio.

  • Two years ago I visted Ibiza town in early October Here are the massive advantages
    Weather was great
all the youngsters had gone home
    A older mature clubby crowd
Bars finally started to play salsa and latin music
People were smartly dressed on a night out
Older crowd appreciated the food and beach entertainment
All the rip off clubs closed the week before
Many clubs that were still open were free
One more thing an aprtment for 1 or 2 persons only 119 pounds inc flight.

    Tempted…

    • Hi Mark,

Ibiza out of the peak season is such a different place as you say a slightly older clientele, cheaper prices and a little less busy.

Although early trips (April / May) you tend to find the sea is a little chilly and not as much open, late season (late September / October) the sea temperature is still high and a lot stays open until halloween.

      Tristan
