Eldest loves Ibiza

Unless we win the lottery (fingers crossed) or some great miracle takes place (toes crossed) this week will see our final trip to Ibiza of 2015.

We are being Ibiza Weekender’s, staying for just 4 days but it is a very important milestone in our lives, it is our sons 18th Birthday.

He loves Ibiza as much as we do, the people, the places and the atmosphere and as he is the first in his group of mates to turn 18 so the usual party and night out will be a little quiet as he is the only one old enough to drink it would only be him, so after much thought and discussion he asked for a trip to Ibiza.

He wants his first drink as an adult to be in a super club (Cream on Thursday as he turns 18), he wants to experience his first Mojito under the blue skies of Ibiza and to also experience the West End to see if the hype he hears and reads about is really true.

Ok so maybe its not so cool spending your 18th with your parents but we will give him a trip to remember and he can do the usual out with his mates or maybe even a holiday with mates to Ibiza for his 21st where they will all be of a legal drinking and partying age.

Lets be honest how many of us remember partying in a super club with Fat Boy Slim as we turned 18? From memory I was on guard duty at a barracks in Berkshire, and having their first legal drink with their old man in such an incredible setting is priceless.

We have lots planned and crammed into our few days on the island although I cannot let on too much of it as there will be some surprises in store along the way he isn’t aware of as yet.

Never the less we will be catching up with old friends and no doubt making some new ones along the way.

So look out for plenty of pictures and a few videos as we celebrate an important milestone in our lives in the beautiful island of Ibiza.
