Ibiza Weekender has returned to UK tv on ITV2 channel which has created a backlash from some of those that know and love the island.
The premise of the programme is that it follows holiday reps across a few weeks of the summer season with different groups of male and female guests each week. Most, if not all of the chosen guests have never been to Ibiza before.
Over the winter months in Ibiza Pacha used to open on the weekends but this year the hub of the winter nightlife on the island chose to close, but all is not lost.
The two cherries have moved temporarily from the main club’s venue across the road to the lounge in the Pacha hotel opposite to help keep the party going on Friday and Saturday nights throughout the winter.
From 8.30pm the lounge will be converted into the Cherry Room where you can enjoy delicious tapas and grab a cocktail or two all to the rhythm of Deep, Funky House music with Graham Sahara, Willie Graff and Angel Linde. Read more
The Oceanbeat Ibiza boat party returns for 2018 with all their sailings departing from Playa d’en Bossa across multiple days per week this summer.
Leaving at 1pm from Playa d’en Bossa pier located at the bottom end of the beach (head towards Ibiza town along the shore) this is one of those must do fun parties in Ibiza.
Being fun Oceanbeat’s soundtrack is the biggest mainstream house and electro tracks of the moment so nothing too far underground and niche here.
As a plus of being out on the sea if all gets a little hot and sweaty dancing the afternoon away under the Balearic sunshine you can take a dive off the boat into the cooling waters and impress everyone on board with your pike and backflips…. or bellyflops whichever takes your fancy.
The trip runs for 4 hours which means you’ll be back on dry land at around 5pm. During your stay on board, free drinks are included.
Once back on dry land the party continues at one of the island’s most famous beach clubs Bora Bora and also includes club entry ticket included so this is a full day, evening and night event.
