The Wi-Ki-Woo hotel Lands in Ibiza
Possibly one of the most anticipated hotel renovations of recent times, the Wi-Ki-Woo Hotel lands in Ibiza and is now taking reservations for summer 2018.
The Wi-Ki-Woo Hotel was conceived many, many moons ago when Tony Truman, well known entrepreneur and club owner, and his lifelong friend Gordon Taylor were on the island partying at a “Tru’s Do” that Tony was hosting.
It was there that Gordon discovered the magic of the White Isle and from then on he knew he wanted to start a business on the island.
Tony, no stranger to great ideas, being the man behind other iconic Ibiza venues such as Linekers, Ocean Beach and Itaca knew this was the ideal moment to finally team up with his best friend Gordon and open a hotel together.
The dream was set in motion in 2015 when they purchased the Hotel Costa Mar on the sunset strip. Nestled in the stunning beach cove of Cala des Moro in San Antonio, this famous hotel has been there since 1970, but let’s be honest it had seen better days.
Tony and Gordon felt this was the perfect location for their new venture and a full restoration of the hotel is currently underway to turn it into the Wi-Ki-Woo ready to welcome guests this summer.
For Tony and Gordon, their love for partying and appreciation for luxury surroundings resonates throughout Wi-Ki-Woo with it’s unique and boutique feel.
They want you to feel like a rockstar when you stay whilst being able to enjoy the tranquillity and splendour of the beautiful venue and its surroundings.
Wi-Ki-Woo is the combination of both these worlds and symbolises the openness to new possibilities and is a place where you can relax in total luxury. And as to the meaning behind the unusual name – well you may just have to ask the owners that yourselves.
